The trolley seen running off is speeding through the tracks. Five passengers aren’t able to stroll on railway tracks. They are next to an lever. The trolley is able to change tracks when you pull the lever. There are people on the opposite track.
Let the story unfold and you’ll see five people get killed. If you pull the lever and the death of one person could occur.
